This is a band called Happa-tai. In english they call themselves simply "The Green Leaves." In the following video you will see that the green leaves they wear are a very vital part of their outfit. In fact, if not for the green leaves their twigs and berries would be exposed instead. There are plenty of terrible boy bands on this site and they're all funny. But for some reason, when you throw a bunch of asians in the mix, it just seems funnier. This is a pretty old video, but it never stops being funny. Just look at the turnout at their concert, its amazing.
